Season review for the homie league thingy
Originally i didnt wanna write one but the little rat forces me to it so here we go.
Ill start with how this team even got together:
When the announcement of homie season came i was really sad because i had no homies to play with so naturally i put a thingy into lft discord chat. After like 2 days i wrote greenman if he needed some more people and he said it was just him and papa yet and they still needed teammates. I agreed and was not expecting much after this
Greenman then proceeded to not do anything and i had to look for the other future members. I didnt really signup for that but whatever. Homie season is gonna be fun right ?
I proceeded to ask Gecko and he was down to vibe with the rest of us. blank was the last guy that agreed so we had a 5 man stack now.
For some reason i also did the Signup, Discord and felt like an actual captain pepecute.
First week came and it went prettey fine. My draft wasnt particularly good but me and Gecko wanted to vibe/meme so we proceeded to give him random mid.
As the enemy team was a real homie one they had a pretty low mmr avrg. and lost both games to us. To stroke his ego, greenman thought it would be fun to fountain dive them in game 2 and nearly threw it. But whatever we had fun.
This just added to my assumption that this season was for fun.

Week 2 approached and greenman told us that he was completely hungover. And we should carry him. Naturally i assumed he didnt take it serious as well at this point so i went for the random again. I asked everyone what they wanted to pick so they had fun and we just went along with it.
“created some of the worst drafts i’ve ever seen” “Like some epic no stun lineup where mango last picked brood and fed in lane”
I asked him after the game why he flamed my drafting and he told me that he assumed i wouldnt listen to him. (after i literally picked whathe wanted )

greenman at start of week 2 games : “Im really fucking hungover pls carry me.”
“So mango doesn’t take this well at all. There’s clearly some friction in this team but he decides to let me draft. Unfortunately our next series was against the giga rigged syrphx team”
rigged team with 2 standins Krappa literally couldnt be that greenmans draft is worse than what i could ever random.

Onto player reviews.
Me: I didnt really play well i drafted bad and had no insight whatsoever if i just was like greenman or boo who we would have easily won the season. Immortal acc buyer.
Gecko: A real fuckin great homie. Wanted to go down the random path with me and played fuckin amazing every game until greenman tried to draft.
Papasthterny: Really fun to lane with. A cool and decent player
Blank: Im really sorry to have dragged him into this team. I put him onto bane every 2 games and he didnt even complain. Blank is a literal angel. only greenman could make this guy lose a lane.
Greenman: Id literally take any archon or crusader over greenmans carry. He managed to lose every lane he played and had his first item in an avrg of 18 minutes . He fountain dives after getting carried and turns up to the games hungover. He complains about my drafts and makes them worse. He is a really nice serious guy that instantly leaves the chat, tells everyone to have a nice evening and then writes a review that puts all the blame onto 1 guy. Projecting ur own flaws onto someone else might be a coping mechanism but it wont help a man to improve.
